The ultra urban, modern city of Dubai would once again play host to the Dubai World Cup on 27th March 2010 that is billed as the richest race day in the world with USD$10 million prize money. Held at the newly opened Meydan Racecourse, a gleaming 60,000 seat capacity, state-of-the-art racetrack that comes complete a marina, hotel and an IMAX cinema, the invitation-only event would see the world’s finest thoroughbreds taking to the track in a bid to take home the coveted cash prize and global recognition for the trainers and owners as well.
