Kuoni opens new luxury travel store in the heart of Nottingham’s shopping heartland, Bridlesmith Gate. The store is a landmark opening for Kuoni, as it is the ‘tenth’ luxury travel store opening for the company in the UK, and is part of an ongoing strategy for retail growth over the next 18 months.

The new store has created six jobs locally and follows the recent opening of five chic and exotic Kuoni travel stores in Bristol, Milton Keynes, Bluewater, Solihull and Cheltenham.

The Nottingham opening is seen as yet another great location for the luxury holidays brand as it re-writes the history books on the look and feel of travel stores of the future. The Nottingham store has sumptuous seating, natural wood desks and brochure display areas; video screening to exhibit the far flung and exotic destinations on offer and a team of dedicated and well travelled advisors will be making sure shoppers have an enjoyable and memorable experience when they book a Kuoni holiday.

Derek Jones, Kuoni Distribution director explained: “We are proud and excited to open a store in Nottingham. We hope to have an enthusiastic welcome from the City and quickly become a ‘must visit’ store for the three million or so people who live within one hour of Nottingham’s city centre.
