Eat Your Heart Out At London Restaurant Festival

Foodies may want to take a trip to the London Restaurant Festival later this year, which is going on all over the capital city in October.

A stay in a London hotel for many people is not complete without heading out to a top-class eatery to enjoy some of the stunning cuisine the destination offers residents and tourists.

This celebration of dining first began last year, when 450 restaurants across the city got involved with the event to promote eating in the English capital, with 800 places signed up for the 2010 edition.

“London Restaurant Festival is a citywide celebration of eating out, designed to showcase London’s extraordinarily diverse and exciting range of restaurants and drive footfall,” explained the organisers.

As well as aiming to help the sector bring more customers through its doors, the occasion also has a charitable side to it, with homeless charity StreetSmart to benefit from the events going on.

It is not just run-of-the-mill bistros on offer in this deliciously tempting festival, but Michelin-starred eateries as well, which is sure to entice many people to check out what is on the menu this year.
