See Catch Me If You Can’s musical debut in Seoul this March
Seoul visitors will be able to see the story of Steven Spielberg’s acclaimed film Catch Me If You Can come to life in a musical production this March.
This all-singing, all-dancing take on the true story of conman Frank Abagnale Jr is coming to Seoul’s Blue Square Musical Hall on March 28th and will run until June 10th.
Nominated for multiple Tony Awards, the show follows the story of the 2002 film starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Tom Hanks, and sees slick young Frank conning his way around the world, with straight-arrow FBI agent Carl Hanratty in hot pursuit.
The score and book for the show were written by Marc Shaiman, Scott Wittman and Terrence McNally, with the Seoul production set to feature performances from some of South Korea’s biggest stage stars.
Tickets to see Catch Me If You Can are available online from 60,000 won (£33.90) during weekdays and from 70,000 won on weekends.
Performances are scheduled at 16:00 and 20:00 local time from Tuesday to Saturday and at 15:00 and 19:00 on Sundays and holidays.
