See Florence and the Machine live in Berlin

Florence and the Machine will perform live in Berlin on Saturday March 24th as part of their upcoming European tour.

The band, fronted by flame-haired singer Florence Welch, are due to play at concert halls across the continent in support of their second studio album Ceremonials.

Released in October last year, the 12-track LP garnered rave reviews for the vocalist’s powerful and distinctive melodies.

It features the hit singles Shake It Out, What the Water Gave Me and No Light, No Light.

Fans heading to the show at Berlin’s Columbiahalle can expect to hear stirring renditions of these tracks, as well as material from the group’s acclaimed 2009 debut album Lungs.

Tickets for the show, which will feature a support slot from hotly tipped UK indie band Spector, are priced at €30.80 (£25.70). Doors at the venue are due to open at 20:00 local time.

LateRooms.com offers a large selection of Berlin accommodation that could appeal to concert-goers, including the Hotel4Youth Am Mauerpark.

This relaxed and comfortable hotel benefits from a historically significant location, as it is situated directly on the border strip of the former Berlin Wall.
