Chocolate heaven returns to the Southbank this year as the renowned Thames-side venue gets set to host its annual Chocolate Festival later this month. Just in time for Easter, the free three-day festival kicks off on Friday 22nd March, and LondonTown.com has announced reduced rates across a range ofhotels in London especially for the event.
